As we are on a strict timescale we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This is to ensure that we do not run over in the event that any forms need completing or a verbal consultation is required.

Please be aware if you are late to your appointment then we may have to reduce your treatment time or rearrange for another date.

For treatments over £20 we require a small deposit. If you fail to attend your appointment this deposit is non refundable. We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.

A patch test may be required for some of the treatments we offer. This needs to be carried out 48 hours prior to your treatment.
